Blueberry Cupcakes with Italian Meringue

The ingredients for the Italian meringue :
1 liter of water
240 grams of sugar
50 grams of sugar (optional)
4 egg whites

In a saucepan place the liter of water and 240 grams of sugar, heat it over medium heat to make a syrup, then add the sugar and when the temperature of the syrup to 118 º c, ready for use.
Beat egg whites and add a pinch of sugar until frothy, add the syrup in the form of thread about whites while beating. Continue beating until the meringue is cool and left at room temperature.

Ingredients for cupcake :
3 cups flour
1 cup blueberries
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ teaspoons salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lavender
2 tablespoons honey
Slips to put cupcakes

Preheat oven to 180 º c
Mix flour , sugar , baking powder and salt.
Add butter and beat . Add the eggs , lavender , milk, honey and vanilla and continue beating for three minutes. After that add the blueberries .
When the dough is ready, add the cakes so that they are filled halfway.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remember that when you take them out of the oven let cool slightly before desmoldes .
Garnish with mint or some blueberrie .
