Berries smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
½ cup of green tea: A powerful antioxidant
1 teaspoon of seeds Salvia: To not forget the fiber
1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries or blackberries) are good source of carbohydrates and antioxidants
1 lemon: Alkalizes your body after exercise
5-8 mint leaves or mint: To give freshness and flavor to your smoothie
10 walnuts or almonds: Excellent source of omegas, magnesium, protein, vitamins and minerals, which will also provide energy
Ice to taste: To enjoy it cold and fresh.

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients. Serve cold and enjoy
